Teacher. She is the
founder of Cosmika Instutute of Spiritual Light, a spiritual life coaching and wellness education center. Liz has a decade of
experience providing therapy in integrated healthcare
 settings. She has supervised graduate students and social workers in their clinical training. Liz also has a previous career in the arts and brings creativity and innovation into her teaching. She is a strong advocate for a spiritual approach to healing the mind body connection.
