Liz provides heart centered coaching for executives and business owners. This transformational approach to coaching combines her knowledge of psychology with ongoing spiritual guidance and Reiki healing sessions to help leaders navigate the waters of these changing times and stay centered on course.

She also offers both one-on-one and group spiritual business coaching for wellness practitioners and creatives. In her dynamic coaching containers, she will help you build a spiritual business that works for your unique values, goals and needs.

An MSW graduate from Simmons College School of Social Work, Liz has a background as a psychotherapist in the Boston area. Her experience working in integrative settings, alongside medical professionals and chronic illness, has given her a profound awareness into the interconnectedness of the mind and body.
In 2014 Liz learned Reiki as a form of self-care and it changed the way she worked with clients. She found that Reiki allowed her to help not only on the mental-emotional level, but also on the physical and spiritual levels as well. Clients find their emotional healing is accelerated with the support of Reiki during therapy sessions and additionally they sleep better, feel less pain and naturally align to their true purpose.

Liz hosts transformational retreats as well as educational programming both in person and online.

Reiki Practitioner Certification
Reiki is an ancient form of healing that provides physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual benefits. The term Reiki (ray-key) means universal life force energy. This nurturing energy is guided through the hands of the practitioner and can also be offered long distance. Reiki practice connects you to your innate healing abilities, offering an effective way to help yourself and others. Treatments are useful to decrease stress and anxiety, reduce pain, improve clarity of thought, release old conditioning and traumas and gain spiritual perspective. Reiki is a holistic practice that you can use anytime and anywhere.
Spiritual Life Coach Certification
Called to empower others while aligning with your own truth and inner knowing? Spiritual life coaching is different from other life coach training programs. As a spiritual life coach you will help others rise while you develop your relationship to spirit. As you do the inner work to heal yourself, you will tap into a fountain of knowledge that will offer you the strength and wisdom to hold the space for your clients to do the same. Becoming a Certified Spiritual Life Coach will help you professionalize your skill set while strengthening your spiritual connection.
