MEET LIZ DISTERHOFT
LISCW, Transformational Coach and Master Energy Healer
At the heart of my work is a commitment to supporting people in reconnecting with what feels most true and alive within them. Many come to me during pivotal transitions, seeking greater fulfillment in relationships or work, navigating loss or sensing a need to realign with their inner direction. I support individuals in moving through these moments with clarity, presence and forward momentum, tailoring the work to each person’s unique path.
I weave together psychology, intuitive guidance, energy-based practices and integrative frameworks such as Human Design to support transformation that is emotional, experiential and grounded in real life.
My approach supports leaders, creatives, practitioners and professionals in navigating complexity with steadiness and creativity during these changing times. The work is designed to help you remain centered and aligned as you evolve, internally, relationally and in how you move through the world and into the person you are destined to be.
Through tools like Human Design, we may explore your unique energetic blueprint to illuminate strengths, patterns and decision-making styles that are more aligned with your authentic nature. This understanding supports clarity and self-trust, allowing insight to translate into meaningful personal and professional shifts.
With an MSW from Simmons College School of Social Work and licensure as a psychotherapist, I bring a strong foundation in understanding the relationship between mind, body, and nervous system. Years of experience in integrative and medical-adjacent settings have informed a holistic view of how emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions intersect. My work has included teaching Reiki and spiritual coaching for over a decade and I bring a mastery of energy work practice into my offerings to support you.
In addition to one-to-one work, I host retreats and evolving group programs and events, both in person and online, creating intentional spaces for depth, connection and integration for your transformation as well as a vibrant community of support!

One-to-one containers offers a supportive, attuned space for navigating transitions, gaining clarity and reconnecting with what feels true and meaningful. Clients often come to me during moments of change personally, professionally or internally seeking alignment, grounded insight and forward movement.
These sessions integrate psychological training with intuitive and energetic awareness, tailoring each session to the individual. This work supports clarity, self-trust, and sustainable change by addressing the interconnected emotional, physical, and energetic dimensions of experience. I offer individual therapy sessions for adults that may be reimbursed by insurance.

CEREMONIA Program
Ceremonia is how you find your way back home to yourself.
So many of us live in our heads, longing to feel connected again to the earth, to spirit, and to the wild wisdom within us. Ceremonia is a seven-month experiential journey that takes you beyond thinking and into living that wisdom.
Guided by Liz Disterhoft and Travis Preston, a small circle of women moves through the elements of Fire, Water, Earth, Air and Spirit together. Through teachings, guided journeys and personal ceremony, you'll come home to yourself, rooted and awake.
Reiki Training
Ready to unlock your healing gifts? Join Liz Disterhoft, LICSW, a Holy Fire™ III Reiki Master Teacher with over a decade of experience for in-person Reiki Training & Certification at Cosmika Institute. Reiki taps into universal life force energy to ease stress, reduce pain, and support deep emotional and spiritual healing.
Level 1 & 2 certifications are available separately or as a package, starting Friday, October 2nd in Quincy, MA. Spots are limited reserve yours today and start your Reiki journey! Reiki Master training will also happen in 2026. Private classes are also available by reservation.
