 Reiki Level I: Training and Certification:  Sat. November 23rd, 10am-5:00pm

Reiki is an ancient form of healing that provides physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual benefits. The term Reiki (ray-key) means universal life force energy.  This nurturing energy is guided through the hands of the Reiki practitioner and can also be offered long distance. Reiki brings the client into a deep state of relaxation, enhancing the client’s natural abilities to heal oneself.

Reiki practice connects you to your innate healing abilities, offering an effective way to help yourself and others. Reiki can be easily blended with caregiving roles and is a nurturing self-care tool. Treatments are useful to decrease stress and anxiety, reduce pain, improve clarity of thought, release old conditioning and traumas and gain spiritual perspective. Reiki is a holistic practice that you can use anytime and anywhere.

In this uplifting and experiential one-day class you will learn Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Level I, the system of gentle hands-on relaxation and healing originating from Japan and taught by William Rand, the founder of International Center for Reiki Training. You will learn the history of Reiki, how to apply it to everyday life and practice Reiki hands-on healing. At the end of the class you will leave certified in Reiki I and be able to use Reiki hands-on healing for yourself and others. You will receive the printed manual “Reiki: The Healing Touch” by William Lee Rand to assist in your studies.

Reiki Level 2: Training and Certification: Sat, December 14th, 10am-5:00pm

In this one-day class you will learn Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Level 2 and take your Reiki practice to the next level by learning the Reiki symbols and receiving the second Usui/Holy Fire Reiki placement, which will deepen your experience of Reiki and your ability to harness Reiki energy in your healing sessions. You will gain practical experience applying the second-degree symbols: the empowerment symbol, mental-emotional symbol and the distance Reiki symbol. These symbols will allow to you offer Reiki to help alleviate anxiety and to promote mental and emotional wellbeing for yourself and others and to offer Reiki without having to use your hands. They will also help you clear and protect spaces such as work, home ect. We will practice using these symbols and their applications through practice Reiki sessions and also practice how to offer distance Reiki healing. You will leave class certified in Reiki 2 with a deeper healing capability and ready to practice Reiki at a hospital or professional level.
