Warmest welcome. The purpose of working with a life coach is to get professional support around specific priorities in order to create the life changes. This involves commitment, accountability and action steps on part of the client in between sessions. Life coaching can assist with a wide variety of adjustments and transitions and help you overcome the barriers to achieving your goals in order to live the life you want. Congratulations on taking this step! Although I am also a psychotherapist, the service you will be provided is for life coaching sessions (which may also include Reiki and spiritual coaching), not psychotherapy sessions and is not intended to diagnose or treat any mental health disorder or symptoms. These coaching sessions do not include legal or financial advice. ​Sessions are 60 minutes in length. While this can be somewhat flexible, the time frame will be maintained as much as possible to help all involved. This is also a courtesy to those who may be waiting. Please understand that what you say in our sessions is CONFIDENTIAL and will be discussed with others only with your written permission and if deemed in the best interest to your progress. Office hours vary and include some evening hours. Session time is valuable to all involved.
